Free Annual Credit Report
All consumers are eligible to receive a free copy of their credit report once every twelve months in accordance with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act). DataX Ltd. will provide consumers a free copy of their credit report once every twelve months upon receipt of the following form. DataX Ltd. credit reports cannot be obtained from central credit reporting websites at this time. Sites such as www.AnnualCreditReport.com only provide reports from the three major credit bureaus.
In addition to your free annual report, you may also be eligible for a free report based on the following situations:
- You have received an adverse action notice based on information from your DataX report, click here,
- You are unemployed and expect to pursue employment in the next 60 days (complete the form below),
- You believe fraud or identity theft has occurred resulting in inaccurate information on your report, click here,
- Or you receive public welfare assistance (complete the form below).
